I selected the Express shipping option but my order is still not here. What should I do? I have paid for the Express shipping but my parcel is delayed, I want to get a payment for the Express shipping option back. Delayed shipment - seeking a refund of express shipping cost.
Order information may not appear in the tracking system until the shipment reached your destination country, so sometimes it may show you "Tracking details not found" or "Pre-Shipment".

Paid for Express → Package Sent via Registered Airmail. Why?
We ship all orders via the fastest shipping method available at this moment. We reserve the right to change the delivery method you have selected to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible and successfully clears at customs. Sometimes, due to delays at customs in India, we may change the Express shipping option (available only from India) to Regular or Standard delivery from Dubai via Emirates Post (RRxxxxxxxxxAE) or via Singapore post (LTxxxxxxxxxSG), so that your parcel will successfully pass through customs and will be delivered to your door faster than Express from India.
In addition, Express EMS parcels have a greater chance of being detained at customs. For this reason, we ship bulk orders by Registered Airmail (not trackable) as parcels with the following tracking numbers RMxxxxxxxxxIN attract less attention from customs officers. Packages containing many modafinil tablets are being shipped from Singapore and Dubai via the Standard shipping option to avoid any delays at customs.

👉 If your order has an EA suffix (RRxxxxxxxxxAE), please track it directly on the 17Track website;
👉 If your order has an FR suffix (LKxxxxxxxxxFR), please track it directly on the Asendia website. It will appear on the USPS website only when it arrives in the US. Packages shipped via Asendia pass through US Customs easily. However, they may not have real-time tracking updates. The standard route for this shipping option is Singapore to the USA via a sorting hub in France;
👉 If your order is to the USA, check USPS Tracking first (LKxxxxxxxxxFR, LPxxxxxxxxxIN, RRxxxxxxxxxAE or LTxxxxxxxxxSG). Note: Shipments with a FR suffix (LKxxxxxxxxxFR) will not appear on the USPS website until they arrive in the USA;
👉 If your order has an SG suffix (LPxxxxxxxxxSG), please track it directly on the SingPost website;
👉 If your order has an IN suffix (EAxxxxxxxxxIN or RMxxxxxxxxxIN), please track it directly on the India Post website.
👉 If your order is to the UK, check Royal Mail first;
👉 If your order has an CH suffix (LPxxxxxxxxxCH), please track it directly on the Swiss Post website;
Will I Be Required a Signature?
As of March 2023, none of our shipments require a signature upon delivery. Your package will be left if it's safe to do so. We will try to deliver your package to your mailbox.
